Popped in for the first time last Thursday evening to see a local friend and his band play; what a nice surprise! Small funky joint with great local brews all on a chalk board with great descriptions of flavors and alcohol content. If your a beer fan or not sure of what type of beer you like, take advantage of the sampler and try 4 at a time...you won't be disappointed. Also, check the their website for "open mic night" for local artist playing really cool tunes while you enjoy your brew. Great little find.

My girlfriend and I stopped in last week and had a very enjoyable time. We had a flight of beer each, and played connect four for a long time. Afterwards, we got talking to the bartender and had a pint with her. The staff are really friendly and nice, and their beer is good. I like this place a lot, and I will be back.

Great local scene for local brews. Totally hole-on-the-wall in a rather off the track area of Ft. Myers, but that is likely what keeps it feeling authentic rather than touristy. We tried a flight of 4 beers and about half were very good and the other half ok but not memorable. Signage said that there is local music weekly, which would be very fun to experience. Worth going back for the local experience alone!

Great beer at a great price. Surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night which happens to be a live music night. Not a huge selection, but how many different beers are you really gonna have? I will definitely be going back.

Great place to relax and enjoy beers (go figure right?). Awesome, knowledgeable, & friendly bartender. The blow to the head has a good kick and loving the mangroves. If you're a beer lover like me, you need to visit. Tues and Fri nights I hear are really something with open mic and lots of people.

Really cool experience. Seating was a minor probkem for a little but bc the place was packed but it was good overall. First visit to a brewery. The selections were pretty good. Not to much but the beers were on point.

Point Ybel has it all! Wonderful and inventive craft brews - they always have something new and different, I'm always surprised by what they come up with. Really great entertainment too. The atmosphere is great, it's like just hanging out with friends!

Absolutely loved this place. The service is fantastic, owners are incredibly kind and always on point. The brews are fabulous. Be sure to keep an eye on their Facebook page for special release beers. Live music every Tuesday and Friday (just about). Highly recommend coming by and trying it out!

My friend Bill brought me here when I came down to Punta Gorda. So we made the short trek to Fort Myers to check the place out. Right away when we walked in we were greeted and were given a run down of anything new on tap. I decided to get a paddle and sampled four pretty tasty beers (and we got an extra thrown in there too). My personal favorite was the brown ale. I am not a huge brown ale fan, I usually lean towards stouts and IPAs, but this one had a really nice taste to it. I also had a red ale that was randalled through cinnamon sticks and it was good as well. I liked it more when it was cold, as it warmed up, I got too much of a bready flavor. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back again.

This is beer lover's heaven. The Snook Bite Ale is smooth and clean. The service is excellent . There is no doubt that Point Ybel will thrive. Steve and Meagan who work the bar do an outstanding job making sure everyone get's taken care of. We've attended the special events, lot's of fun and well organized.

The beer tends to dark and smelling of strawberry or something. Captiva cream was my favorite. Clean and simple. No food but you can order. I think it an oversight to skip bar chicken or munchies of some kind where alcohol is on the menu.

We really enjoy their beers so we went out to the brewery for the first time today. Beer was good as usual, although the bartender was extremely rude. Very turned off by his attitude!

Are you a pretentious beer snob? If so stay away. This an amazing, down to earth, no frills organic joint for locals that like good music and innovative beer. Visit on Sundays and have Kristy serve you a Special Brownie Beer. Bizarre name, great beer.

Great place for local craft beer. I've been coming here off and on for a few months and there is always something new on tap. Make sure you pick up a growler so you can take some goodness home with you.

Enjoyed a six-beer flight and a small taster of the O-Face oyster stout. Came as advertised! Favorite was the Snook Bite IPA and the Endless Summer Ale. Quality. Great little bar setup. Saw a copy of Cards Against Humanity too - so you know the place is legit!

Always make an effort to stop by for a pint (or two or ..) when in area. Definetly a top tier craft brewery. Snook Bite IPA is a fine beer and I enjoyed the No See Um pale ale (citra) as a very good moderate alcohol "session" beer. Stout I last had was also very good.

Great place if you love craft beers. Relaxed envirnment, friendly staff, especially Kristy. The beers range from great traditional brews to far out unique like hot pepper & rosemary infused. I heard they are now open 7 days a week for the high (pun intended) season. We finally have a micro brewery in Fort Myers, let's make sure they are busy and stay open.
